Good morning Sean, I am guessing it is possible for the Preferred to get shoved aside until March of 2031. Other than the interest accruing at a capped 11% AND possibly naming 2 seats on the Board What is the downside?? I do not see shoving the Preferred aside until 2031 saving the Common. In the case of old common wiped out and new issued... Preferred gets new shares or warrants or a combo unit. I'm thinking... always dangerous ; >) That is my worst case scenario owning only Preferred shares. Cheers, 60
