Hi Javelyn. I saw this in EE Times, too. I wouldn't take it as news to trade on, though. I've been expecting announcement of availability in L.A. for ages now. Their sales people told me early last year that it would be fully released and promoted by last summer. Still waiting... Admittedly, Allen may have shaken things up some, but I'd be skeptical about trading for a big rise based on a quip from EE Times which gives very approximate timing. FYI, I'm long a small position in MCOM. I'm waiting for indication that Allen will provide a viable business plan or is getting ready to put MCOM up for bidding.
