I can agree strongly with that experience and opinion. After opening a new account with SureTrade I asked a simple question about the Trading password and received only a standard reply which didn't help. So I sent an e-mail again telling them in the first sentence, that I need a answer to my question, rather than a standard response. One day later I received the same standard reply again...
Until now I've got four (4) exactly identical species of this standard reply of SureTrade.

Thus I will never send money on my SureTrade account and enjoy their pretty good information service, until they will stop it; but chances seem to be quite good that they will never realize that I have only a "empty" account...

Has anybody experiences with R.J. Forbes? They are very cheap for trading AND they answer questions by e-mail. The procedure for signing up a new account is exactly the same as with SureTrade.
Does anybody know if they are affiliated with Forbes magazine in any way?

If anybody has any opinions on how Suretrade responded to your email messages I would like to see them. Did you get a quick or slow response? Was it a canned response or was it a direct answer? Any info you send will be passed to another person that is looking into Suretrade's poor customer care, especially via email.

Please, after you post here for all to see, send a copy of your reply to me via email so I can forward them to this person. Thanks.
