Mourad,

My 6x86MX-PR233 has no problems to run through all the Winstone97 benchmarks @225Mhz 75x3 on either Asus SP97-V or PC-Chip TXPro3 motherboards @3.2V. You should be able to do the same. Make sure that you have a "huge" heatsink fan and applied the heat compound.

Cyrix has been quite conservative in rating their chips after the first M2 recall.

Don't buy Intel processors! In stead, buy the processors from its competitors to keep Intel from long-term monopolizing x86 processor market while maintaining health competition and the PC innovations.

Mourad,

Where did you buy this motherboard? And for how much?

Joe

Mourad,

How is the M-Tech motherboard so far? Any luck getting all the way to 100 MHz? Is it stable at 90 MHz? Is the SDRAM the problem or something else? Do you think the 8ns, 125 MHz SDRAM would help?
