It's in IDTI's interests to make sure they can insulate themselves,as much as possible, from a lawsuit from Intel. Even if Intel isn't warranted in suing IDTI, they will any ways to hurt IDTI as much as possible, especially financially. Remember, not only do the paranoid survive, but so do those that hit below the belt. Question-Do you think IDTI is pressured to strike a deal with someone that has a cross license with Intel in a given time period? Or do you think IDT can take their own sweet time to make a deal with another party?
