With the interest Dennis Birch's revelation has generated on other venues, most notably Kitco, I should reveal that Dennis presented this story as a letter from a Mr. Johnson to his sons.Dennis prefaced the story by saying:

"Mr. Johnson is a retired financial analyst in his eighties who has lived and learned through times most of us only read about. A letter he had written to his sons was provided to me by one of my Canadian business associates. I was so intrigued with the letter I contacted Mr. Johson and had a lengthy phone conversation with him on the subject.Someone is always number one (currently the US) and there are many who "wannabe" number one (BIS) as outlined in his letter. It has a tinge of "conspiracy" to the rationale but regardless, the underlying facts and scenario are quite accurate in my opinion..." The letter was written from Houston,Texas and dated 7/15/97.

Paul; Re> fingerprints.. they are Japanese... while I see
more Japanese prints than others..at this time , lets keep in mind
they are not the only ones.
On top of that they were just good learners not the inventors
of the currency tricks. A case could be made that they resorted
to these tricks as they saw no other way to fight back aginst the
unmitigated darwinism imposed on the world by the capitalistic
idealisum and the myopia of a covert hegemonic one world order,
were in elected officials are just there to serve the needs of
an invisible empire.
It was around before the Japanese were awakened to
it.
-----------------
John Robison, an eighteenth century historian and a prominent Mason was entrusted with some of the original documents and correspondence of the Illuminati.
In his book, Proofs of a Conspiracy, written in 1798, he
reproduced major segments of the Illuminati's original writings.
Robison stated, "the express aim of the Order was to abolish
and overturn or control all civil government." He went on to quote
Weishaupt as stating that the plan for a New World Order can succeed "in no other way but by secret associations, which will by degrees, and in silence, possess themselves of the government of the States, and make use of those means for this purpose..."

Using deception and intrigue, Weishaupt and his inner circle of adepts
succeeded at gaining the support of Germany's Masonic lodges. "All
these branches were controlled by the 12 leading adepts headed by
Weishaupt, who at the lodge in Munich held in his hands the threads of
the whole conspiracy." Mackey admits to the initial success of the
Illuminati, commenting:
-------------
"The Order was at first very popular, and enrolled no less than two thousand names upon its registers, among whom were some of the most distinguished men of Germany. It extended rapidly into other
countries, and its Lodges were to be found in France, Belgium,
Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, and Italy."

In 1782, at the Masonic Congress of Wilhelmsbad,, Weishaupt's Illuminati solidified its position among Europe's secret societies as the undisputed leader of the one-world movement. Around the same
time, Weishaupt also succeeded at forging an alliance between
illuminized Freemasonry and the growing Rothschild banking network,
thereby giving the Order the financial means to begin to carry out its
plans.

As a result of this alliance with the international financiers, the
organization regained the banking prominence once held by the Templars, and the Illuminati gained momentum. H.L. Haywood obesrves, "It took root, it grew, it flourished, it gathered into itself more men of royal and noble titles than were possessed by the Hohenzollern family; even the Jesuits joined it."

Although Weishaupt's Illuminati was exposed within 10 years, he had
accomplished much. One reason for his success was that he had gotten many Christian leaders to join the Order by convincing them that the Illuminati was a Christian organization purposed to unify the world for the sake of Christ. ( if I'm not mistaken Weishaupt was a
defrocked Jesuit )
---------------------
When it was exposed it reportedly disbanded..but likely just took
steps to reorganize into a more secret and covert society, with
induction rituals and investures that prevent exposure via incrimination. With a series of outer circles taking instruction
from inner circles, one who is inside an outer loop may not even
be aware that another inner loop exists, and until ones loyality
and dedication is proven he is not brought into the more inner circles.
In this way it becomes and stays faceless, but even more powerful.
------------------------
A brief study of secret societies can take you back thousands of
years, and to obtain a picture of how conspiracy works I think
one needs to look at the known history of it.
While the Illuminati seems to have been the most well organized
and powerful in it's day , it seems some one continues to take
efforts to debunk the fact that it ever did exist.
This gives me cause to think it's still with us ,much the same
thing but more faceless, and with octopus type tentacles
extending world wide it infiltrates the more powerful segments
of world governments, and with very few finger prints, also it is
very quick to point out those that do leave finger prints. ( ie the Japanese ), as it always needs a scapegoat, and with it's
expretise at the use of demagoguery is the main culprit at the
heart of arranging world wars.
Jim
PS the more powerful segments of government are the ones with
police powers, or the most covert,( ie the CIA )..and the
Federal Reserve Board..in almost all cases the one serving
as a tentacle to the inner circle is some sort of protege
but not made aware of a secret inner loop who does his thinking for
him and collectively analyzes and grades his work.
In this way the right hand does not know what the left hand does,
only those in the more inner circle have that ability.
Those at the Top or inside the most inner loop are people so
insolated and with more power than they understand they lose
thier grip on understanding reality, and the fact that
they themselves give birth to the forms of government they
fear the most.
