Giota, Regarding the accumalation/distribution indicator: The interpretation of the Accumulation/Distribution Line is similar to the interpretation of On Balance Volume wherein the indicator displays the flow of volume into or out of a security.

The standard formula is:

((close-low)-(high-close)/(high-low)) X volume + Y, where Y is yesterdays' accumalation/distribution value.

This indicator continues to signal Distribution. I don't know which chart you refer to, but I would check its accuracy.

I was tempted today to close my remaining short position, but did not. If NSCP drops into the 18's, I think it will continue its downward bias. As I have said, a takeover is the stock's only short term chance. I'm now in the money up to 22 7/8. My remaining position though is pretty small. Good Trading, LF
