The only way a single Filipina can get a tourist visa to come to the US or Canada is to be rich and/or famous and/or politically connected. That excluded 99% of them with maybe a handful of special exceptions. The only way an unconnected jungle girl can come here is with a fiance or spousal visa. Pen pals and mail order brides.
