I suspect that a lot of cities are pretty bad, but Trump can easily take over DC police. He can't do that in Baltimore or Detroit or St Louis.

The only other incident was when a friend and co-worker was coming up the escalator at the Archives station on his way to work. A kid about 13 came up to him and said, “Man, I’m going to steal you.” My friend said “you’re going to steal me?” The kid says, “yeah,I’m gonna steal you.” My friend says, “you mean you’re going to rob me?” Kid says, “yeah, I’m goin’ rob you.” My buddy laughed in his face and walked away. Poor kid didn’t know what to say or so.

Ah, if only the kid paid attention in English class!

Of course if he did:

Okay kid, you got me.

Here's two tens in an envelope.

You got two tens or maybe a twenty?

Put it in the envelope. You can hold the envelope.

Now there is $40 in there - tell you what, let's do it honestly, and I wouldn't call the police, you will not get into trouble, I promise. We make a deal like adults do.

I'll sell you this envelope for $30 - you can even use the money in the envelope to pay.

We both walk away with $10 profit. Deal?
