that kicked the share price up on unh by 10% in the post marketplace. OT does anyone here one to share their views on portfolio concentration? Do you rate your holding based upon risk/return criteria ? ladder your concentrations from best idea , 2nd best idea , etc. have % limits?

Well, according to Buffett's "Equity Bond" BUY price target for UNH we get :-

LTM Pretax Income = $26593 mil.
No. of Shares (Diluted) = 921.5 mil.
10 Year AAA Rate = 5.3%

Therefore = $26593/921.5/0,053 = $545/share

UNH's current price = ~$272 << $545, making it a BUY from that perspective.

So that is one item that passes Buffett's test .......

What UNH's financial criteria looks like is another story, which needs to be interrogated.
