Hey Dan. Thanks for the post.

I think I know what you mean about brand loyalty, but why would GTW have more brand loyalty over DELL?

Has DELL's success over GTW to date(excluding the screwup in the third quarter) been more of ability to connect to many more peoples at a faster rate than GTW, rather than DELL's ability to produce better quality PCs? If this answer is yes, then as GTW's name gets more distribution(hopefully the new guy can use his old contacts to get this done), their superior products and service should be able to sell themselves over DELL.

If GTW can put together a second consecutive quarter with $2 billion in revenues or more(DELL consistently has higher consecutive quarters), I would have to say that GTW will continue its excellent ways going forward. A not-so-good quarter and everyone will think Q4 was an abberation and we all will lose bigtime!!! 2 months to go.
