definitely we are lawsuit nation and have been for i can't count how many years shame really. if laws were clear in the first place, should be somewhat of a no brainer in some ways. civil courts in houston, can take a decade before coming before Jury at this point. its one huge expensive cluster fuck. and don't poo poo such. how long were you in court in HK for the little car thang you had when you lost your temper and such and then went ballistic with lawyers and what not, and you actually lost, final determination. that was a lesson for you. I think u would agree.. a lesson. relative to the system in place etc etc etc. just a reminder.. on the ground where shit really happens, get out of the cave occasionally. a cave is not a command fortress LOL. it's just a cave. enjoy.
