I once asked dad if grandma ever said anything about living through the Weimer hyperinflation in Krickerhaul (Handlova, Slovakia) and dad said "she had her money in banks" (Bankse ?). It was five years after 1923 that she she came to Canada with three children to be with grandpa Joe who was already there, I do not know their reasons for going to Canada though I believe available land was significant. The Russian revolution occurred during the first world war replacing the structure the Tsars used before the war to communicate with other nations, Germany's king was gone after that war also. I was told grandma believed Anastasia was still alive.

You say 'Russians love to die by Tsars or Oligarchs and they've been doing it for centuries', I think they respect strength (read the fourth paragraph of the Wercholuk history SI Message - I recognized this using "respect the girls" with Mary's references to 'rail fence' and legal subdivision co-ordinates) and it was the people in power who did the killing. I have wondered why Novogorod which has been there since the time of Kiev-Rus is not a bigger city today than it is. The debt/gdp statistics I see on tradingeconomics.com for Russia look stable to me. Kristina, a friend of my sister's I met at Buffalo Lake, told me that for Russia 'it is about family' SI Message which seemed to match the "look after the kids and the dollars will look after themselves" I was taught. I have formed a belief the people in the Slovakia area and like regions prior to the first world war did not want to 'pick a fight' and it was probably frustrating to deliver an important message to someone speaking a different language, sometimes just regional news, and sometimes just being a good neighbour with the people not to concerned about the national leaders as they were a long way away from the capital cities. Hopefully that belief looks like 'The sea voyage took nine and one-half days, five of which were on very rough seas, making many people sick.' or "9/5ths" in alignment with "look after the kids and the dollars will look after themselves".

Years ago, probably on television I saw a video of I think it was Eisenhower's farewell speach (I never met the guy) I heard him say 'beware of the military industrial complex' and I wonder how media propaganda has amplified their power and perks shaping behaviour's of people since the second world war.

Thank you for topic, in alignment with "you gotta eat" as I have been wanting to say that for a while. With regard to the media I'll defer selection to the girls and again refer to "get a good sleep before a test".

In alignment with 'good and cheap but it won't be fast' SI Message.

I remind you of The Fiat Money Inflation in France, that 'they' must and shall engage in all manners of protocols per rule-by-making-up-rules to keep the numbers-gaming operative, for just a bit longer, am told
