They seem to have gotten the check writing problem fixed. Check writing is a feature that will eliminate the need to request checks from them and surely open up a few souls to do other customer requests. Etrade was able to handle checks ok and I am sure Datek will do just fine, I hope. Myself, as many have requested, prefer classic and hope this does not go away. If they want to give us something, then they should give us something like bid/size, ask/size, last/size, open, etc. as NAQ does for free (delayed) or $30 for real time. Level 2 NASDAQ would be nice too. I have been at other online brokers (Etrade and Schwab) and sincerely feel Datek is trying the hardest at doing the best job. I just hope they don't try to grow too fast as Etrade did and bring undue problems to current clients. REW
