Sergio - Spoke to the company and looked at their Capitalization figures after they faxed them to me. Dale Paruk speaks for the company and supplied me with the amounts. Don't forget - their financials are being audited by Price, Waterhouse so they can be fully reporting. He's a real no-nonsense guy and I have no reason to doubt him. Richard

Sergio, ALYA: am I correct in my math? According to all of the #'s there is only 450K float? The stock traded 397K+ today so the float rolls over in one day and gain 1/32? I must be missing something. This would mean, to me, that sellers nearly equaled buyers. hmmmmmm Good reason to be wary of non reporting co's. Ken W
