Bill, here are a few links just to counter your feigned ignorance:

*******
Judicial Branch (Truman Library, National Archives)

The Judicial Branch of the federal government interprets and reviews the laws of the nation.

Marbury v. Madison (1803) (National Archives)

With his decision in Marbury v. Madison, Chief Justice John Marshall established the principle of judicial review, an important addition to the system of “checks and balances” created to prevent any one branch of the Federal Government from becoming too powerful.

*******

In any case, after claiming that no one is above the law, you then advocate for the executive branch to basically write, interpret, and enforce the law all on its own.

This is the very definition of electoral monarchy. The very concept of "checks and balances" don't exist in your mind.
