In reviewing the pleadings in that case, they are pretty routine. The judge will decide which jurisdiction is appropriate in order to ease the logistical issues with the pending and future cases. As for denial of rights, the detention center has already remedied whatever initial delays there were in prisoners meeting with their attorneys.
