As of 7/31 CSYI owned 488,413 shares or 17% of SGMA.I would guess
that CSYI will do close to $20 million in sales this qtr and eps
will be between $.03-$10.I have no estimate or good guess for SGMA.

They reported sales of $18+ million and diluted eps of $.05.The
report was issued Friday morning.This company could use some help
in their IR department.All in all,an unimpressive quarter,and the
prognosis for the next quarter is equally unimpressive.
