Ah. I didn't have access to your secret dictionary. Here is the thing. Inflation doesn't impact everything equally. Shocker and it seems unfair, but there it is. And yes, during the pandemic, well starting before, we had a housing bubble. Which seems to be deflating. Now a lot of that housing stock is being held by investors and not homeowners. And they are going to fight the coming haircut as hard as they can. So I expect Trump to step in to preserve their investments. So there will be a great deal of hysteresis in the system. Interesting, but irrelevant to the topic of discussion. Other than high housing costs are often a factor in stagflation.
