how officialdoms spend money, and whether useful or not depends on where the money goes to do what and when, and of course for whose betterment let us see if the officialdom-spend by industrial policy (i.e. Intel and such) end up to any goodness or runs to rocks, and if runs to rocks, concurrently kneecap the otherwise health but tithed competing companies Japanese zombie companies re-run, or China State-owned-enterprise national champions fun to watch, and am, of course, agnostic, until notified
