It's amazing that the US government has been the directed source of so many Qualcomm woes over the years and it didn't really matter who was in charge.

NBD to TSMC because it has abundant world-wide demand

?? If the major high tech US semiconductor design companies are not buying chips made at TSMC's (very expensive to build) leading edge fabrication processes, who is going to buy them?

ST Micro Electronics?

NXPI?

If you remove AVGO, QCOM, NVDA, MRVL, AMD and the US big boys, the customer base for leading edge chips is pretty much gone.
