Not only do I still hold it, I added more yesterday at 4 1/8. Yes, it is a spec but I understand from a friend in Dallas they are very solid people running this company. They had good track records at EDS.
They may be taking something away from current earnings to"build for the future" with their back office processing centers (for small banks that can't afford to do thier own computer processing). I think this is good because it will only help build relationships with banks who should then buy Peerless21 (their top product).

I also go back to PLSS moving a sales executive, Kevin Marsh, back to being in charge of Peerless21 where he had attained a great deal of success. (this was announced last August and it takes time to build a sales pipeline) Keep in mind he is one of the company's biggest shareholders - - - read vested interest in seeing this thing succeed.

Check out WSRN.com for good record of news. Once on WSRN.com and the company go to the DLJ company news site.

It may be early but I am willing to buy and hold.
