*AV* Would you know if the ISI 10 stepper used in DPI announcement uses Cymer or is its own duv source? Does ISI have a web site-I searched and found Integrated Solution International which sells steppers and like equipment but no ISI model.(I have not read all posts here but I will)
PS thanks for the great post on Cymer I read that on a newswire and posted on DPMI thread - you're right a very important event.

Andrew, thanks for the prompt response. Your memory did serve you correct in that it was PLAB (and not DPMI as I stated) that bought the UTEK equipment.

Andrew,

What's your opinion on Read-Rite (RDRT) and Innovex (INVX)? Both are severely beating down thin-film-disk-drive plays. Are we at the bottom of that cycle (and time to buy?)?
