Bill, what's wrong with the 2nd paragraph? It's a statement of fact. Reducing the deficit by $3.3T over 10 years only amounts to $300B per year.

Trump's deficit is projected to be $1.9T this year, which is $100B over Brandon's deficit during his final year in office. That $1.9T includes the additional revenue from tariffs, not to mention the oh-so-sizable savings that DOGE created, so all-in-all Trump's tariffs aren't even making up for the huge increases in spending.

I was aghast at Brandon's $1.8T deficit given how freakin' huge it was for a year where we have no active war or no active crisis (e.g. financial crisis, pandemic, oil shock, etc.).

Now Trump is set to increase that deficit. What a joke.
