Bill, I'm glad that Garcia finally got to see his family, at least for a few days, before he got arrested ... again. I personally feel a lot better about Garcia's prospects now, especially given that ICE Barbie is desperate. I mean, think about it. They're now threatening to deport him to Uganda of all places. That was completely random, but it all fits the pattern. ICE Barbie continues to make up for her sheer and utter incompetence with cruelty.
