Replace INTC with QCOM, Deere, CAT, or every other company within reach of the US government.

We've gone from non-voting stake to, essentially, "screw the shareholders" so I can keep my high -paying job - in a blink. I've never seen a company admit it breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in such a public manner.

How long until QCOM is hit?
