Pocotrader,
I am surprised Russian soldiers have not turned on Putin, at some point when they feel totally hopeless is when they might snap
As I said in the past, RuZZian soldiers in Ukraine are largely volunteers who have taken huge sign-on bonuses in order to fight. PooTin keeps finding enough soldiers willing to die for these bonuses, although the price has been steadily increasing.

Also remember that RuZZia is a soulless nation. PooTin still remains the only agency in RuZZia with any legitimacy whatsoever. Even when RuZZians have grievances to bring up, they almost always aim their wrath at local government officials or one of PooTin's cronies, not PooTin himself.

Finally remember when the Vagner thugs staged a mutiny in 2023? Master Chef Prigozhin wasn't aiming at PooTin, but rather Sergay Shoigu and Valerie Gerasimov.

That's how PooTin maintains power. He ensures that there are plenty of people below him who will take the fall for anything and everything that he screws up.

No wonder Trump has a crush on him.

In Ukraine they have to beat and drag conscripts into vans(that's called kidnapping). In Russia they voluntarily sign up at the rate of 30,000 per month.

In you humble opinion, why is that?
