Carl,thanks for the reasonings. I made some trading profit from
Sunw, it's the HOLDing thats still underwater (BOUGHT 48 3/4 when it
retreated from 51+?.

Anyway, your point on 'benchmark' is valid and so true that I should
not have compared stocks vs MSFT/CSCO/INTC/AMAT, the leaders.

re:'Sun not doing well in Seattle', I was taking a poke at the
weather that 'mostly cloudy year round'.

The belt-tightening is true for DEC(announcemet), HWP/TXN are from
people who work there. Of course, investment in capital/technology
is usually not restricted in any capable company these days.

They usually say cut out the waste on 'travelling, entertaining
clients or internal customers', eat at McDonald when travelling, ...
things like that. I hope they don't cut on capital spending too
much but I don't know.
