Tesla is barking up the wrong tree with this zero to sixty fascination. The average car, especially SUV buyer, isn’t looking for performance. A SUV is a “family vehicle” carrying around kids and dogs. Space, comfort and a sensible purchase price are the deciding factors. Tesla has missed the boat in terms of what the market wants. Instead of screwing around with a pickup no one wants and robots, they should have invested in a sensible low cost EV.
