Claim deadline was extended to July 7, but I believe they are still accepting late claims. Settlement was approved at the settlement hearing in June. It usually takes 6-9 months for the claims to be processed after the filing deadline. I don’t expect to see my settlement until early 2026.

Well here's a coincidence. Today I received "Notice of Incomplete Proof of Claim Submission " from the lawfirm handling the ImmunityBio Securities Settlement. I kinda expected something like this as I had procrastinated and I filed in a rush at the last minute. Now I have September 15th to correct/amend. Hopefully I get off my ass and address this in a more reasonable manner. At least it shows that things are moving along. Peter
