Grupo, I agree with you that Joe M. and Co. continue to add value and that more time is needed to maximize value. The improved margins this past quarter is a real plus and that in itself adds inherent value to the company. Lets hope the margin trend continues into 4th Q creating a positive net. The WPC deal was also excellent. I too am on board as long as the company continues in this positive direction (whether it is six months or six years). Thanks for the response. JJ
