The Federal Circuit said the tariffs were illegal today, but it was a 7-4 split decision. abcnews.go.com The Supremes will absolutely take the appeal. And if a relatively liberal circuit like the Federal Circuit can’t achieve unanimity, the Supreme Court won’t either. IMO. This ain’t over by a long shot yet.
