The Supreme Court will likely hand another win to Trump. The Appellate Court is clearly politically biased as no red states were a part. There probably is an over reach by Trump with fentanyl, but it most certainly is problematic and still rising. More fentanyl comes through US postage than is known (by most). Venezuela skirmish is probably more about oil/energy, supply or block thereof than fentanyl, but just a guess. Interestingly enough, four of the judges who dissented, found tariffs used in this fashion, were legal. I did snoop on your FB and noticed the article conceding to China re power and available power. The article discounts American free enterprise and what happens when America sets its mind to do something. Currently Tech companies have been given a green light to build their own power plants. Trillions are being poured into data centers which will house super duper super computers. We are at the dawn of so much good for all of mankind. 7
