i am concerned that npa owes C$280,000 for past drilling services. if this company had no debts and no liabilities, then i can understand some person coming in and putting up cash for some stock, but i think it is going to be very difficult to get financing if the first C$280,000 has to be used to pay old debts.
i think there is a good chance that this company will be put into bankruptcy proceedings, or whatever the canadian equivalent is.
