DMRB: I have in front of me a TRUV mailer/advert that explains the new TRUV supported IBM IntellStation M-Pro non-linear edit station. It comes with AVID's "industry leading" MCXpress NT software. Guess what ? It uses just the TRUV Targa1000 board. I guess that keeps the cost down. The price is supposed to be "less than $8500" or you can lease it. Now that isn't bad. I wonder if these units are shipping ? The advert notes that the unit was "voted Best of COMDEX by PC Week magazine". It comes is says with 64mb RAM, Pent-II processor and "a high speed disk" for Audio-Video Wide ultra SCSI 4.3giga bytes. Also it has another system HD of 4.2gigabytes !

What do you think ? A winner ?

Yeah Lou ! Wonder what Thursday's TRUV stock will be like ?

Wonder if TRUV has any new products for NAB ? He does indicate that growth could come from "new products". Wonder what time frame he has for the "new products" ? Anyway, I am glad to see Mr. Doctor promoting Truevision as perhaps the 'street' doesn't yet fully understand TRUV ?
