I am seeing 1.2 million shares (all after lunch). My broker sees 1.5 million shares. No change in preice. What gives?

Now I see 20,000 shares bid at 5 1/8. Wish I knew what was going on.

Any explanation for today's action? Anyone? Looks like it closed at 5 1/16, although the final bid was 5 1/8. Was the last transaction an out of sequence trade?
