AEO.

Thought I'd check out AEO's financials --->

Healthy Gross Margin at ~37%.
But "running expenses", as in SG&A, leaves only 9.7% of Revenue at EBITDA.
Good to see Low Debt and its expense.
Net Income on the low side at only 3.7%. Maybe that will improve from whatever the fairly high spending of Capital at 126% of Net Earnings is all about.
It certainly appears to be a BUY at $13.6 being much lower than the "target" of $27.
P/E Ok.
F-Score at 6.
Its Quarterly Total Revenues and Net Incomes were on the rise until the 1Q FY2026 came out, where Revenues fell and there was a Bottom Line Loss of -$64.9 mil. reported. I wonder what caused that ?

Looking at its Price Chart ---->

We see a fairly well established support level "S" at around $10.
AEO has now moved up about 30% from that level with a much increased amount of Trading Volume "V" over the last 4 months. Still a way to go towards its previous high at ~$25. Looks like "the Market" has an increased interest in AEO .........

Sweeney's "Great Jeans" Fuel American Eagle Sales, Shares Jump Most On Record

American Eagle shares jumped the most on record on Thursday after second-quarter revenue and same-store sales beat Bloomberg Consensus estimates. Fueling sales and driving a dramatic turnaround for the clothing retailer has been the buzz around the "Sydney Sweeney has great jeans" ad campaign, launched in July.

Shares closed up 38% on Thursday - the most on record. Year-to-date shares are up about 13%.
