Gerald, I went to the Foxboro site since they are Sieble's main division in the U.S. The Foxboro Company, along with its' parent company Siebe Plc, is committed to ensuring uninterrupted processing of all internal business systems through the year 2000 rollover. Siebe Plc has commissioned a corporate-wide, global project to audit the activities of all business units as they relate to Year 2000 processing and to correct any problems well before the changeover to 2000. I don't see this as competition. Mark
