Look at the first 3 photos on the home page of LULU. This should tell you one reason their sales have declined. IMO they need to go back to some of the basic items that have sold well for customers of all ages in the past. LULU has great customer service which is a big plus, but their lack of understanding of their customers, and their designs of new products needs to be reimagined. Shop.lululemon.com.
