The fact that what used to be our government would let him think for even a second that he had the right to do this is a major criminal activity, just like all his other second term work. I have worked on satellite programs, and these machines take years of work to design, test, re-test, temperature test, vibration test using the best radiation hardened electronics attainable. Some of them can be named in conversation. Most of them built so well that they outlive their life expectancy. They aren't built to be destroyed, so he is again, living in his delusion.
