IF anybody can get a message through..... He should investigate the combination of low dose chronic carbon monoxide poisoning, which is likley to be rampant in lower income housing, combined with ssri's. The CO will kill brain cells compromising executive function and the SSRI's force the personality to extreme frustration levels. This is not a good combo.
