Looks like the majority of the buying in response to the contract was made before it was publicly announced. I had been figuring as much as I was buying as well last week based purely on the increased volume and upward buying pressure. Still, I find it remarkable how FSCX has really gone to sleep today... only 24k shares traded so far. I think FSCX can easily move up to test $4 now on minimal volume. Getting through $4 though will take some serious effort though. Hope there's some more good news in the pipeline...
