Re: Inmode Ltd (INMD)

Seems like an activist investor is finding INMD undervalued

On September 9, 2025, activist investor DOMA Perpetual Capital Management LLC, a significant stockholder of InMode Ltd. (INMD), sent a letter to the company's Board of Directors. In the letter, DOMA Perpetual urged the board to approve and execute a 10% share buyback in the fourth quarter of 2025 and another 10% buyback in the first quarter of 2026.

DOMA Perpetual argued that InMode's current valuation is extremely depressed despite its high profitability and cash generation. The firm believes a 20% total buyback would be a highly effective way to return capital to shareholders and create long-term value.

This is not the first time DOMA Perpetual has engaged with InMode. The activist investor has been in communication with the company's board for over a year, raising concerns about its capital allocation strategy and depressed valuation.
