Everything about RFI and their NDA's have been very odd for decades. JH has been very true to its' legality. As it has turned out, even if there were no NDA's to hide behind there would be no significant PR's to affect the SP. If we knew the deals that had been made, it's very likely that the SP would be lower than it is now. A lot of us recall the Razor's Edge days. Talk about a scam (just my feeling on the matter), there were miles of misleading talk which kept many investors, including myself, glued to daily action hoping for significant news which was "just around the corner." So the point is is that it's probably good that NDA's are in place. They are there to protect us from the truth.

The retrowal spd product was announced 15 months ago. Nothing since except on the ccs and Joe told one caller to look at the website and another caller not to worry that the website didn’t exist because it was direct sales and bows needed to be tied. I think Min Choi might be in charge. My advice is pick a drop dead date and stick to it. globenewswire.com
