If Russia attacks government buildings in Kiev, Ukraine should not be expected to sit on their hands.

Hit on Kremlin?
Are you serious?
You keep forgetting that only one side has nukes.
Yes, I am serious and no, I didn’t forget.

The odds of Putin using nukes are essentially zero as it would change the dynamic of this “regional” war into an uncontrollable conflict none of the other major nuclear powers would condone. Especially China which Russia can’t live without. Any use of Nukes would ruin China’s plans for Taiwan.
