They predicted that on Kiko, partly because ocean temps a bit cooler near that part of the Pacific.
The one in the Atlantic ran into a bunch of dry air and a big mass of dust south of Santo Domingo and
fizzled out. There's a big disturbance way south now, don't know if it will turn north or not.
