we can be certain that many 100's of billions spent via "Infrastructure Canada" will be directed to Liberal voters in Quebec, Eastern Canada and the GTA, all to ensure voters continue to keep Liberals in power, no matter how much grift, corruption and graft there is enriching Liberal oligarchs and party elites. The Conservative Party committed political suicide and condemned Canadians to becoming a 3rd world country when they voted to approve bill C-5.
