As I just posted to Bonefish, the raid was the result of a MAGA-aligned informant, who then passed on the information to a politician running for Congress. This will earn the politician "loyalty points," which in the current Trump regime will put her on the fast track toward higher positions. Of course what she did will instigate a major setback in Hyundai's plans to build a plant in Georgia, which in turn will delay the job creation that the plant represents. But MAGA never gave a shit about jobs, as we can see from the latest anemic jobs report. They still have faith in their Dear Leader.
