Andrew I didn't see any indication that the first LOC was ever called on, or that the second was either (assuming they are different). It may just be that they found a better deal here so they got this LOC too and will call on it first. Again, who cares how many shares there are as long as they have earnings to match... what's dangerous is when a company is printing shares in a desperate attempt to stay in business or get some wiz bang techy product off the ground. That isn't the case here.

Andrew, That question has already been asked a few times on this thread since the release was released yesterday morning.... But good question we hope to have an answer to shortly. Why dont you call the company and find out!! LOL! Are you and Little Engine sleeping together or something?? You guys seem to pop up at the same time lately. You'll like this one, Andrew. I recieved a return call from FAMH yesterday late in the afternoon. Not from Ira, but from a secretary who told me to expect another release today or tomorrow. She said they were checking the data before making it public. As my friend Art says....."Listen to the ticker tape" Jane
