Joachim, If Trump had been in charge back then, we’d have had the best health care in the world, so fast your head would spin. Donald "I have a concept of a plan" Trump was in charge from January 2017 to January 2021. And he didn't do shit for health care, other than to recommend bleach and UV rays for dealing with COVID. (Oh yeah, he also recommended less testing, because that would lead to fewer positive test cases.) Now he's back, and the only thing he's doing for public health is letting Captain Brain Worm run it.
